Terms & Conditions – Haus of Jay Beauty
By booking an appointment, purchasing a product, or enrolling in training with Haus of Jay Beauty, you agree to the following terms:
1. Bookings & Deposits
All appointments require a deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if at least 48 hours’ notice is given.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in loss of deposit. No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.
3. Late Arrivals
Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation of the appointment. Full payment may still be required.
4. Treatments & Results
Results from teeth whitening treatments may vary depending on individual factors including lifestyle, oral hygiene, and natural tooth shade. No guarantees are made regarding specific results.
5. Client Responsibility
Clients must provide accurate medical and dental information prior to treatment. Haus of Jay Beauty is not liable for adverse reactions where contraindications were not disclosed.
6. Training Courses
All training course payments are non-refundable. Once a place is secured, it cannot be cancelled. Training materials, techniques, and content are the intellectual property of Haus of Jay Beauty and must not be copied, shared, or resold.
7. Products
Products must be used as directed. Haus of Jay Beauty is not responsible for misuse or improper application of products purchased.
8. Right to Refuse Service
Haus of Jay Beauty reserves the right to refuse service to any client where deemed necessary for safety, hygiene, or professional reasons.
9. Liability
Haus of Jay Beauty shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential loss, damage, or dissatisfaction arising from services or products provided.
10. Amendments
Haus of Jay Beauty reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
